Leadership:
It’s not always effective to deliver a module or workshop on leadership if the speaker hasn’t been one themselves. Credibility also increases if there is a track record of leadership experience, and on paper such as an MA in Business Leadership. When you combine an MA, global business and project leadership along with over twenty years in senior leadership, then you may have something you’d want to hear and learn by.
Our heart and passion as a family business is to share our experience, knowledge, awareness and mistakes to those in leadership or venturing into a form of responsibility and leadership. One key characteristic of a true leader is simply to ask them to look behind and see who’s following. Businesses and organisations rise and fall on leadership. Therefore our focus is on supporting through a variety of ways (consulting, life coaching, training, equipping etc), leaders to become from good to great, (yes, I’m aware I just stole Jim Collins title of his amazing leadership book).
